What does that mean?

Wycliffe: Bible translation organization made up of many countries. Started by Cameron Townsend in 1934.This site belongs to Wycliffe USA

JAARS: a partner organization of Wycliffe, that manages most of our transportation, logistics and information technology needs. Also started by Cameron Townsend in 1948.

SIL International: a partner organization of Wycliffe serving language communities worldwide, building their capacity for sustainable language development,
by means of research, translation, training and materials development.

NextGen: short for "Next Generation" and is the name of the department within Wycliffe USA that works specifically with students.

GET Global: Wycliffe USA's summer short-term trips for high school and college students.

Discovery: Wycliffe USA's overseas summer internship program for college and graduate students.

OSI: Wycliffe USA's Stateside summer internship program for college and graduate students.

Jungle Jump Off: Wycliffe USA's summer camp for Jr. & Sr. High students; held in Waxaw, NC at the JAARS center.

"MK": an acronym for "missionary kids".

"heart language": the term we use to describe the language that a person is born hearing and first learns to speak. This does not necessarily include a trade language. Also in the world of the deaf, the language they learn to communicate by, usually visual and emotional.
