Hey Shalee,
Great question about missionary books! I just recently finished The Lords of the Earth, by Don Richardson.
Others include:
Poking Holes in the Darkness
Through Gates of Splendor & Dayuma
The Taboli Lady

As well as several that you mentioned: Word came with Power, Peace Child, Bruchko, A Chance to Die, It's a Jungle Out there.

I'll have to write later to list the other ones. I'm blank on the titles and not at home to look them up :-)
I've read:

In search of The Source
Hidden People's
Poking Holes in the Darkness
(These are all by Wycliffe people in PNG)

Bruchko
Peace Child
(Other books that I can't think of now.)

I just got a book that I can't wait to read: "There's a sheep in my bathbub" It's about a youn missionary family to Mongolia

Peace Child was a favorite of mine for a long time. Currently it's "In Search of the Source" I love Neal and his story telling. I wish you could meet him on the trip, but I don't expect him to be in PNG.
Hmmm, fun question! You've read a ton!
My favorites are (so far)

#1. Lords of the Earth by Don Richardson (my first missionary story)
#2. Unfolding Destinies by Olive Fleming
#3. A Vision with Wings by Paul Robinson and James Vincent
#4. Don't Let the Goats Eat the Loquat Trees by Dr. Thomas Hale (hilarious!!!)
the rest...
Through Gates of Splendor and Passion and Purity by Elizabeth Elliot
And the Word Came with Power
Outrageous Grace by Grace Fabian (new one)
Let the Nations be Glad by John Piper
I'm reading Lords of the Earth right now and I'm almost finished. It's really good so far!
There is a new one out called "To Timbuktu and Beyond" that seems very good for those considering missions.

Another that looks at the issue of giving...."Giving Wisely" was interesting.
I've heard that The Heavenly Man is pretty good. It's currently on my "to read" list.
Heavenly Man will shake up your life. Home churches in China are sending out many missionaries to the area between them and Jerusalem. Look at http://www.backtojerusalem.com/index.php#news
I read The heavenly Man, it was incredible! A must read for anyone interested in the church in China.

You wouldn't by any chance use Sonlight Curriculum, would you?
