About Us - Staff

Many of us have spent our adult lives with students and we love watching God work in, with and through them!

Some of us work in the offices in Orlando, and some of us work remotely all over the United States. During the summers, most of us GO with them serving overseas and here in the US with Wycliffe!

Tracy Tooleycurrently the NextGen Director, served as the Short-Term Assistant–Tanzania/Kenya –Language Survey: January 1994- December 1996(ie.- loves Africa!), former youth pastor in Michigan, now lives in Florida.

Dagney Stone Awareness Director, former youth volunteer for 17 yrs in Connecticut, Wisconsin and California (ie.- loves youth ministry!), member of Wycliffe since 2007, living in Georgia as a military wife

Justin Stanford Readiness Director ie.-Get Global Director, born and raised Texan,his wife Rachel and he have two kids and have been members of Wycliffe since 2003; go-to guy for "how do those Post-Moderns think!?"

John Ramsey Involvement Director ie.-Discovery Director, Wycliffe member since 1983 he and Shevawn have the longest membership record of the NextGen staff, ,our resident Post-Modern Boomer! lives in California

Shevawn Ramsey wife of John Ramsey (duh!) and Co-Director of Discovery, also a member of Wycliffe since 1983, lovely mature believer!

Karen Snyder Director of OSI (check out Internships to find out what THAT means!), Seattle native and traveler extraordinaire, began volunteering with Wycliffe in recruitment in Seattle in 1999. She became a member of Wycliffe in 2003, but moved back to Seattle to continue in Recruitment among ethnic-specific churches and post-modern churches and college campuses, she is our resident Ethnomusicology/Arts Consultant expert. Now her home base is Florida

Ryan O'Sullivan Discovery Coordinator (works with John and Shevawn in California),he and his wife Jenn became members in 2003, he is a trained literacy worker, served in Uganda coordinating 4 language groups literacy efforts and amazingly, can pass himself off as an Arab in any airport!

Barb Micheals Get Global Coordinator -since it all began-, wife of VP for Wycliffe's Recruitment Ministries; served with Wycliffe since 1985, first in PNG, later in Chicago and currently in Florida; Wycliffe member since 1990, native of Michigan but resident of Florida and a Grandma! (but you'd never guess it!)
