So, I've announced to Facebook (well, my friends and their friends on Facebook) that I will write thank you letters to anyone who contributes to this trip in their preferred language within reason. I've now defined "within reason" after I got a request for Taiwanese. This is now defined as "extensive grammar explanations and a dictionary are both available online or at a library that is accessible to me." Aaaand, I actually found a website that has Taiwanese grammar on it (but for intermediate Taiwanese), I've discovered that the basic grammar is nearly the same as Cantonese (which I do know the grammar to), and I've found a dictionary. So I guess I'm learning Taiwanese, if my friend, Frances, donates.
My list of letter languages so far: English, French, Dutch, and (maybe) Taiwanese.
Alrighty. =3 I'll probably be home most of the day (I have homework so, unless friends/family don't LET me do homework on my birthday, I'll be doing homework).
