I went on a short mission trip with Wycliffe this summer and was asked to write a blog on how it feels adjusting to life back home after being away for a month and living in places so different from what I’m used to. The pictures you sent worked out just fine. I ended up using the one with us in the cave; you couldn't really see Michael, but besides that, it is an awesome picture! I had a side show of about 50 pics. It sounds like a lot, but depending on how fast you go, it doesn't take very long to get through them. It was so hard to pick which ones to show....
I told my pastor that my presentation would be about 15 minutes, but it turned out I was up there for about 25! Oops! =o I just kinda got on a role talking about certain things, and some pictures you have to explain for longer than others. So anyway, the presentation went well, you could say. Now I have to work on my support letter "thank you's". So many people helped me out!

And, yeah, I'm just going to show pictures and talk about them, too. I think that's the most efficient way to do it. It's the easiest to set up, and I think one of the best ways to the get most information out as well.:)
So, hows just regular life been? Anything I can pray for?

Last Sunday during the service our pastor was doing the announcements, and he said somethin like," and Megan just got back from her trip," and he asked me to stand and say a bit about what I did. (I hate it when people put you on the spot, but this time it wasn't too bad.) I pretty much said that I made a whole- nother family over there and that I can't really sum up my experience in a couple words, so they would just have to come and talk to me. : ) Hehe! and I left it with that. Then he asked me if I had some pictures, and you get the general idea. So, yeah, this Sunday, I haven't really had time to think about what I'm going to say. We've just been so busy this week, it's kinda hectic!
