“Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near” (Hebrews 10:24-25, NLT).
Sixty-two technical representatives from around Asia and the Pacific islands have gathered for more than a week in Chiang Mai, Thailand to receive training on tools used in language development and Bible translation. They will also review new features of key software programs and evaluate possible enhancements to them. Another goal of the workshop is to equip participants with the skills needed to become better trainers themselves, and provide opportunities for relationship building for future collaboration and support. The entire event will be spiritually undergirded by devotional studies along with worship and prayer.
