“‘Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock’” (Matthew 7:24, NLT).
In some parts of Africa, churches are well established and growing rapidly. In other regions, there are still very few believers. In one such country, a translation team has been working to translate the Bible for several years. They are asking for special prayer for the growth of the church in this sensitive area, especially as portions of translated Scripture are made available through a variety of ways:
“Pray for the salvation of visitors to the Scripture website, those who listen to FM radio broadcasting, and also those who have worked in the past on this translation of God’s Word. Pray that more workers will be sent as church planters to villages in this language region.”
